For good construction, it is important to accurately grasp the information on site in advance. We attempted to address this by having experienced craftsmen verify photos taken by less experienced workers on site, but there were frequent issues due to differences in the locations where the photos were taken, leading to many reworks and no resolution to the problems. Therefore, we introduced one-eyed smart glasses and 'IDEye'. Now, even less experienced workers can take photos and perform on-site tasks under the guidance of skilled craftsmen, which has also allowed the business to expand.
